In the process, the Panthers (14-12) set a Division I school record for wins. Plus, the fifth-place finish equals the second-best in school history. Milwaukee quickly claimed the doubles point and then was dominant in three singles matches to secure the victory. Jenna Felsher captured a straight-sets win in roughly 40 minutes at #6 singles, with Kari Kastenholz wrapping up another straight-sets victory moments later in the #3 slot. Then, Sammi Schoen finished off the match with a final straight-sets win at #4 singles.]]></description>

Gow is a four-time state qualifier in Illinois, having played at #1 singles and #1 doubles during her entire career at St. Charles North High School. In fact, she is the first player from the school to qualify for the state tournament in each of her four years, and the first from the school to reach state in both singles and doubles.
